    千位锡丝的FLUX的耐热性良好 
    ECO SOLDER HVP改良了耐热性,为不易焊接的大热容器零件、SLIDE焊接等、长时间被曝晒在高温的焊接作业环境开发之松香芯锡丝。 适用温度范围很广,约300℃~430℃范围中可良好地焊接。 而且,ESC21和RMA02同样抑制了FLUX和锡球的飞溅、FLUX残渣接近透明无色,焊接后外观良好。

    手工焊接作业要点:
    1.烙铁的温度和时间 
    350~400℃:约3秒(溶化时间)(焊接部:250~300℃:因部品的材质而各异)
    2.选定烙铁头
    容量(供热)大的烙铁会自带温控器 「容量(熱供給)镀铁厚的烙铁头(200~300μm)
    3.松香芯锡线:Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu(千住产品SPARKLE NEO, ECO SOLDER RMA08, HVP)
    ①将烙铁对准母材加热
    使烙铁头轻轻的接触焊点和引脚线,将烙铁头粘上少量焊锡的话会很好

     ②供给适量的千住锡丝慢慢溶进供给、待稍微浸润扩散时为适量

     ③抽离千住锡丝和烙铁、焊接完毕焊锡浸润扩散的话,请立即挪开锡线,紧接着将烙铁倾斜向上拉 ~ 待凝固后焊接结束
